Hello, thank you for your interest in working with me. My name is Mary and I am a licensed massage therapist and an insured member of both the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). I received my education and clinical training at The Massage School in Easthampton, Massachusetts. I have always had a personal interest in mindfulness, complementary approaches to health and wellness, and physical movement. As a certified yoga teacher and a licensed educator, I enjoy learning, applying, and sharing techniques to regulate the nervous system, relieve pain, and help find balance among the physical, emotional, and spiritual experiences. I am passionate about the work I do, and am invested in building a professional relationship with each of my clients to provide high-quality massage therapy and energy healing based on trust, transparency, and ethical practice.
Initial appointments are intentionally curated with great care so Mary can best prepare for working with you. Included is a thorough intake call prior to your appointment, a session customized toward your needs and goals, post session feedback and resource referrals, and a follow up email 3-5 days post appointment for check in purposes. Note: for Lymphatic Drainage/Massage, please select the service labeled "Initial Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)."
