Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger and prevent injury or focus on an injury. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles and larger muscles. I only offer 2 hour sessions for sports massage on athletic builds that need the extra time on muscles (especially full body).
