Karen French is a 2018 graduate of the Louisiana Institute of Massage Therapy, one of the premier massage therapy schools in the country. She is skilled in a variety of techniques including Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish (Relaxation), Complete Lymphedema Management including bandaging, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Therapy, Silicone Cupping, and Prenatal Massage. Karens favorite tools are clear communication with her clients and an intuitive approach that allows her to tailor each session to individual needs.
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger and prevent injury or focus on an injury. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles and larger muscles. I only offer 2 hour sessions for sports massage on athletic builds that need the extra time on muscles (especially full body).
