Each treatment will be tailored to meet you where youre at, using a mixture of modalities like relaxation techniques, trigger point therapy, stretching, and neuromuscular work. Areas which need the most focus will be targeted. 60 min is enough time to address 1-3 areas, if you want more full body - please book at least 90 min or longer. Time includes dress and consultation.
