Massage
Receive a 60-minute massage from a final year student of a massage therapy program. Each session includes intake, hands-on treatment, and homecare recommendations. While graduates have completed their training, they are not yet Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). Important Notes Graduates are unable to accept patients with ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims Treatments are not eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits
If you are looking for an active based approach to treatment please select this option. This treatment includes more in-depth assessment of your complaint and health history including assessment of your movement patterns, range of motion and form. The manual therapy session includes more active techniques and patient participation. It can include treatment and reassessment at any time during the treatment. Patients will be provided remedial exercise to preform at home will be given if indicated. All 60 minute RMT sessions are billed to insurances under the same category and are only separate booking options for the therapist to be aware of patient preference to treatment style.
