Brendan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2019. He is a registered kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) since 2019. Brendan has been working as a kinesiologist in an active rehabilitation setting for the past 5 years. He has a history of hockey training as well, working as an on-ice and off-ice coach from 2011-2017. Brendan excels in the area of active rehabilitation and injury recovery. He is frequently searching for new methods of treatment to help with all issues that affect people on a daily basis. Through his years of experience and research, he has gained the ability to identify biomechanical imbalances and will provide the proper exercise program to fix the problem. He focuses on creating permanent change, eliminating the issue for good.
