Physiotherapy
A 60 minute one-on-one session focused on pain relief, movement restoration, and performance. Each visit may include hands-on soft tissue and manual therapy, corrective therapeutic exercises, gait and movement retraining, postural correction, and return-to-sport progressions. Dry needling is provided when clinically appropriate to reduce muscle tension and improve mobility. Our goal is to get you moving better, feeling stronger, and back to the activities you love—pain free.
