Massage Goals

Choose this if your goal is simply to relax. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to reduce stress, ease muscle tension and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. NOTE: This differs from a custom massage by not including addons, and no additional time for consultation built in. Addons are available for additional cost.

Choose this if your goal is to boost your immune system, relax the nervous system, or decrease feelings of puffiness. MLD is intended to encourage the natural drainage of lymphatic fluid. This is excellent for post-surgery recovery (with approval from physician). Due to the slow and gentle nature of this modality, a minimum of 90 minutes is required for full body. NOTE: This does not include addons, and no additional time for consultation built in. Addons are available for additional cost.
