I have lived in Oklahoma City since 2011. In 2026, I decided to go on an adventure to be educated at Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, in the beautiful Samara, Costa Rica, for a fast-paced, intensive program. CRSMT is a COMTA accredited school, meeting high standards in education. As an LMT , I am excited to provide creative solutions to your massage experience. My intention is for each client to feel understood, and for each session to take its time without any rushing. I believe every body deserves to be treated with respect and equality. My goal is ultimately to meet your goals for each session. My approach is more clinical, in that I will provide postural assessments, take note of observations and outcomes, and can keep what works and adapt what doesn't for future sessions. NEW HERE? No matter what you need, there is no additional cost for any add-ons. No tipping is expected. And you can expect to get your full time on the table! For example, your 60 minutes doesn't start until the massage does. 30 additional minutes are added to every "Custom Massage" appointment to accommodate plenty of time for intake and assessment, for a no-rush experience (if you require a shorter appointment, we can do intake over the phone ahead of time). Addons and modalities used could include any of the following, with consent from the client: Hot towels (option for ginger fomentation) Manual Lymphatic Drainage Deep Tissue Muscle Scraping Myofascial Release Trigger Point Release Positional Release Stretching Hydrotherapy Craniosacral therapy Kinetic Taping Cupping Outside of a Custom Massage, I offer a few other options that are modality-specific: Classic Swedish, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Craniosacral.
