Deep Tissue Integrative Massage focuses on targeting the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to release chronic tension, alleviate pain, and improve mobility. Using slow, firm pressure, this technique is perfect for addressing specific problem areas and promoting overall relaxation and recovery.

Reflexology: full service. 45 minutes. Ancient Chinese technique using pressure point massage (usually on the feet, but also hands and ears) to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. Also known as zone therapy, a turn-of-the-century practice fostered by three American physicians (Bowers, White and Fitzgerald).

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) (75 minutes). This session is ideal for post-op liposuction, tummy tuck, mommy makeover and bbl and lymphedema persons. Lymphatic drainage is a type of gentle massage or deeper where needed which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues and out of the body through the lymph and urine.
