Massage Therapy
This treatment includes: •5 Minutes pre-massage for intake form evaluation •50 Minute Targeted Massage Targeted Massage is an approach to massage therapy that allows a massage therapist to address specific trouble areas of your body. Targeted massage techniques utilized during session will depend on a client to client basis and may include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology & Trigger Point Therapy
- Swedish massage for relaxation and circulation improvement.
- Deep tissue massage for chronic muscle tension and pain.
- Trigger point therapy to release localized muscle knots.
- Reflexology for foot-based stress and reflex relief.

Physiotherapy
Initial evaluation must be completed at first visit in order to assess impairments and functional limitations, set goals, and develop a plan of care. Initial evaluation typically includes: Medical history, relevant tests and measures, applicable functional tests, gait and/or movement analysis, initial Home Exercise Program, patient education and applicable manual treatment.
