Our Initial assessment will include examination of your chief complaint. We take a thorough and relevant health history which will be followed by physical examination that includes checking your tongue and pulses. At this time, we will arrive at a diagnosis and a treatment plan. We will work together to create a roadmap of how to best bring you back to balance. Acupuncture treatment will be performed and may include additional therapies such as cupping and soft tissue mobilization; they will be used as necessary. Next, we will wrap-up with next steps for self-care and preventative tips.
