Naturopathic Living

Our Initial assessment will include examination of your chief complaint. We take a thorough and relevant health history which will be followed by physical examination that includes checking your tongue and pulses. At this time, we will arrive at a diagnosis and a treatment plan. We will work together to create a roadmap of how to best bring you back to balance. Acupuncture treatment will be performed and may include additional therapies such as cupping and soft tissue mobilization; they will be used as necessary. Next, we will wrap-up with next steps for self-care and preventative tips.

Chiropractic Initial Assessments include an examination of your chief complaint, may it be pain, an ongoing functional issue or even to seek advice. We start by taking a relevant health history, followed by physical examination and testing. Next we arrive at a diagnosis and a plan of management. Every step is fully explained and we will only proceed with your consent. Treatment will be performed and we will wrap up our session with post-treatment advice.
