This health navigation consult allows time to explore the story behind your symptoms, as well as a review of body systems in general. You will leave with a starting plan towards optimal health. **Note that you may choose to do this visit in one 75 minute in person session, OR split into a 30 minute phone or video consultation, and a 45 minute in-person visit.
