Athletic Therapy

Is this your first visit, have a new injury or has it been more than three months since your last visit? Please book an initial assessment. During the initial assessment, we will assess your current pain/injury, and discuss a treatment plan that works best for you. Treatment will include the use of modalities and manual therapy (massage, cupping, soft-tissue release) at the discretion of your practitioner. Each session will end with an exercise program as well as any advice your practitioner has on managing your pain/injury at home, work and activities of daily living.
