Athletic Therapy
Is this your first visit, have a new injury or has it been more than three months since your last visit? Please book an initial assessment. During the initial assessment, we will assess your current pain/injury, and discuss a treatment plan that works best for you. Treatment will include the use of modalities and manual therapy (massage, cupping, soft-tissue release) at the discretion of your practitioner. Each session will end with an exercise program as well as any advice your practitioner has on managing your pain/injury at home, work and activities of daily living.

Physiotherapy
Is this your first visit, have a new injury or haven't been in for more than 3 months? Please book an initial assessment. In this one-hour session, we will assess your main issue/injury. Together, we will set up a goal and determine a treatment plan that benefits you the most. Treatment includes manual therapy, exercise prescription and/or modalities. We will discuss the nature of injury/issue, pain management, and modifications to your daily activities.
