I use a combination of techniques to target tension in muscles and connective tissue through myofascial release, trigger point therapy and friction to break down scar tissue that causes “knots” and discomfort. This is a full body deep tissue massage, including back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms and hands, ending with a relaxing face and scalp massage.

This session is started out by soaking your feet in a warm bath with essential oils, you will then move over on to the crystal infused heated massage table where you can lie back and relax while I perform a full reflexology treatment on your feet.
