Lymphatic Drainage

Facial lymphatic drainage massage during pregnancy and postpartum is a safe, gentle way to reduce the facial puffiness, water retention, sinus congestion and tension that’s caused by hormonal changes. My lymphatic drainage massage: • Reduces puffiness: Pregnancy often leads to fluid retention (sometimes 6–8 liters of extra fluid) that can cause facial puffiness. The light, rhythmic movements I use help drain this excess fluid, reducing swelling in the face, eyes, and neck. • Alleviates Sinus Congestion: Due to hormonal fluctuations and increased blood flow, many pregnant women experience nasal congestion. My lymphatic drainage massage helps relieve this pressure. • Improves Skin Tone and Texture: This massage increases microcirculation, which stimulates collagen production, reduces fine lines, and enhances and evens out your complexion. • Promotes Relaxation and Reduces Stress: My lymphatic drainage massage is super relaxing which is great at the time you receive it, but also can ease fatigue for the rest of that day, plus help improve your sleep quality later that night! • Relieves Tension: clearing out stuck lymphatic congestion helps to reduce muscle stiffness and tension, particularly in the jaw area, which can be affected by stress or pregnancy-related discomfort. • Safe for All Trimesters: the three months after giving birth are sometimes referred to as the fourth trimester. We are still experiencing a lot of hormonal changes internally during this time, not to mention our bodies adjusting in all kinds of changes in our outer world. Lymphatic drainage massage is a safe, relaxing, non-invasive, way to care of yourself throughout your whole pregnancy and postpartum.
