Michelle is a principles based practitioner, with a personalised, whole-body approach to treatment, working with all tissues of the body to facilitate the body’s ability to self-heal and self-regulate. Movement has always been an important aspect in Michelle’s life from a lifetime of sports, to becoming a yoga instructor and now helping people feel and move well with Osteopathic Manual Therapy. In her spare time Michelle can be found reading, taking a movement class, spending time outdoors and exploring the Hamilton community.
