Naturopath
During the initial assessment, your naturopathic doctor will go over your chief concerns and medical, social and family history, review your lab test results and/or imaging test reports if available, perform a pertinent physical exam and suggest a comprehensive treatment plan.
Physiotherapy
This session will be a physiotherapy consultation/assessment only. You are encouraged to book a follow up session with an onsite therapist.
- Myofascial release therapy for connective tissue restrictions.
- Massage therapy for muscle tension and soft-tissue mobilization.
- Physiotherapy for injury recovery and rehabilitation.
