Massage from a Registered Massage Therapist
60 minute massage from a Registered Massage Therapist
Choose this option if you are a new patient and you are seeking relief from common musculoskeletal complaints, such as tension headaches or sore muscles. Your initial appointment will include a discussion of your relevant health history, any symptoms you are currently experiencing, and your treatment goals. If appropriate your therapist may also use orthopedic tests as part of the assessment. Treatment is provided by an RMT and is eligible for coverage by private insurance plans.
- Swedish massage for relaxation and soft tissue mobilization.
- Trigger point therapy for myofascial pain and tension relief.
- Fascial release to improve tissue mobility and reduce restrictions.
- Rehabilitative exercise to support recovery and prevent recurrence.
- Musculoskeletal assessment and treatment to restore function and movement.
