Lymphatic Drainage
Myofascial lymphatic drainage (MFLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Excellent for pre/post surgical care, cancer care, arthritis, pre/post natal, muscle tension, anxiety and more. Can be combined with other techniques.
