I believe massage is for everybody regardless of age, gender, or abilities. Having a medical background, I believe everyones needs are different and can vary daily which is why I offer custom therapeutic massage at all inclusive pricing. At R&R every appointment includes a client interview where I learn about you, your issues, and your medical conditions then we form a custom treatment plan to address your current needs. All modalities or "tools" are included, for services 60+ minutes, at no extra cost as needed/desired, to provide a thorough, healing experience including swedish and deep tissue massage, hot and cold stone therapy, cupping (I use the latest electric cupping equipment), aromatherapy, K-taping, and hot towels. As a special needs mom of a child on the autism spectrum, I have seen how massage can be a therapeutic tool for many conditions and people of all ages. Massage is an integral part of any healthy lifestyle. I personally found massage invaluable for recovery during my own 55 lb weight loss journey. Each session can integrate lymphatic drainage(RACHEL ONLY), deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, cold stone, hot towels, aromatherapy, and kinesiotaping where appropriate. All sessions include a consultation where your needs and issues will be discussed to create a truly custom treatment plan to meet your current and future health goals.
