This session is designed for both new and returning clients. It includes a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnosis and acupuncture treatment. Based on your individual treatment plan, the session may also incorporate additional techniques such as cupping, tui na (Chinese therapeutic massage), ear seeds, and electro-acupuncture.

Your visit will consist of an in-depth assessment of your health concerns, medical history, family history and lifestyle factors. A focused physical examination may also be completed at this time. This is our time to get to know you as a whole and begin the process of determining the underlying causes of disease. Together we will discuss specific treatment options. I encourage you to ask any questions you may have about your health concerns or treatment options.
During this appointment, I will gather a full health history, including health goals, lifestyle, diet, sleep and stress. Please bring any recent blood work or reports if you have any as well as a list of current medications. At the end of the visit, I will give you a plan to start general treatment., although during our follow-up visit, after gathering more information and doing research, a more specific treatment plan will be provided to get to the root cause of your concerns
