Your initial visit will consist of an in-depth assessment of your health concerns, medical history, family history and lifestyle factors. A focused physical examination may also be completed at this time. This is my time to get to know you as a whole and begin the process of determining the underlying causes of dis-ease. Together we will discuss specific lab test and treatment options to commence your initial treatment plan.
