This is an individualized approach to manual therapy that integrates multiple modalities—including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, orthopedic massage, myofascial techniques, and, when appropriate, adjunctive therapies such as cupping and heat—into one cohesive treatment approach. Each session is adaptive, responsive, and shaped by both clinical reasoning and over a decade of experience in therapeutic practice.
