After graduating, Jihrleah gained experience working on elite Army personnel and as the team therapist for the Columbus (GA) Cottonmouths Hockey team. Since 2012, Jihrleah has worked in medical spas, day spas, and private practice expanding her knowledge in different massage and manual therapy techniques such as myofacial release, sports, and orthopedic massage. Jihrleah currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from Northeastern State University. Jihrleahs clientele are athletes, business professionals and those working in a job with repetitive movements. Her continuing education includes classes in: Myofacial release, Orthopedic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and RockPod Cupping. Jihrleahs own athletic background includes: basketball, baseball, softball, football, and weight lifting.
This is an individualized approach to manual therapy that integrates multiple modalitiesincluding deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, orthopedic massage, myofascial techniques, and, when appropriate, adjunctive therapies such as cupping and heatinto one cohesive treatment approach. Each session is adaptive, responsive, and shaped by both clinical reasoning and over a decade of experience in therapeutic practice.
