This initial visit will be our opportunity to learn about you in order to make sure the best possible Physiotherapy care plan based on your desired goals and outcomes. It will include sharing your medical history, addressing your physical complaints, and assessing the functional movements which can be contributing to those complaints

Acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain management and rehabilitation.
Sports injury assessment and return-to-sport rehabilitation.
Post-operative rehab for total knee and hip replacements.
Manual therapy including joint mobilizations and specific stretching.
Exercise prescription, therapeutic taping, and soft tissue/myofascial release.
