Silicone cupping is a powerful technique that uses suction to increase localized blood flow, reduce hypertonicity, and separate superficial myofascial adhesions. Our therapists integrate cupping with massage techniques, we don’t just leave the cups on you and call it day. This is ideal as a pre-event or inter-event service because you will generally not be sore after this type of session but the large muscular groups are left refreshed and ready to perform.

If you are looking for a deep tissue or sports massage and also happen to be pregnant then this is the option for you. At RSM we don't believe in treating pregnant women with kid gloves. You are not a delicate flower, you are strong and growing a whole human! Your therapist will discuss which areas you would like targeted and what pressure you prefer. Accommodations will be made for the pregnancy with several pillows making the side lying position ultra comfortable.
