In this 60-minute session, you’ll work closely with Madi to create a customized training/mobility program and massage treatment plan designed specifically for your unique needs. The session is divided into two parts: the first 30 minutes will be spent in the massage room, where you’ll receive a therapeutic massage on the areas of concern. The second block of 30 minutes will be spent in the motion lab or Therafit gym, focusing on your fitness and mobility goals and needs using the findings of todays treatment.
