Being an active but not particularly bendy person, Pilates was intimidating to Stephanie for a long time. She approaches her classes as an opportunity to move, and enjoy doing so. Stephanie comes to class with the knowledge that for many, showing up is often the hardest step. But don’t be fooled, for those who choose a challenge, she will be happy to deliver. Stephanie has been a healthcare practitioner (Chiropractor) for over 10 years; and is passionate about getting, and keeping, people active. After trialing Pilates, she saw the potential benefit it could bring to many of her patients, and sought a way to integrate it into her practice. She has had the privilege of sharing Pilates and exercise with people who have diverse fitness backgrounds and health concerns.
