First full appointment for all NEW patients ages 18 and older. In this 60 minute appointment, we will go over your health history, perform any necessary physical exams and discuss your health goals. I will also use this time to determine any required laboratory testing, and we will come up with a plan for your treatment which will be provided to you at your next Follow Up.
