These soft tissue manipulation sessions will factor into a larger treatment plan that is based on your health needs and goals such as recovering from an acute injury, chronic illness or post-surgery rehab. Assisted stretching Progress your flexibility to a whole new level! Focus on a problem area or stretch it all out. Stretching sessions are customized to fit your individual needs. The cup is manually pumped/squeezed to create a suction and the cups are then left on your skin for several minutes encouraging blood flow.
