Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting mothers, our therapists are trained in the techniques best suited to expectant mothers while avoiding techniques that could create contraindications for the expectant mother and child. For trimesters 2 & 3 we use, Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Rebekah uses an integrated approach to massage incorporating multiple styles or techniques to treat a range of issues.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Select this option if you are undergoing cancer treatment.
