Eastern Arizona Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage that encourages natural drainage. A series of 10 massages is usually done twice a week. Eight sessions will be on the targeted region; the last two will be a full-body drainage and a session of dry brushing and massage.
