I have been a massage therapist since 2011. I started massage as a way to help others heal the way I was, by bringing body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. I am continually looking for and studying ways to do this. I specialize in a little of everything from Sweedish and reflexology to Cupping, Scraping, and Structural Realignment. My goal in each massage is to use all that I have learned to listen you and to what your body is saying so you can have a one of a kind, tailored massage each time you are on the table. Whether it's for relaxation and distressing or if it's to help relieve the pain from a chronic injury, you don't have to suffer.
