This is the treatment option you will book if this is your first massage therapy appointment. This is a 60 minute assessment and therapeutic massage treatment.

Chiropractic
For every New Patient coming to the clinic, an initial assessment is required to evaluate current chief complaints. We go over a review of findings and diagnosis, as well as set up a treatment protocol. Treatment is also included in an initial visit and/or referrals if needed.
- Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization for muscle dysfunction.
- Active cupping therapy to reduce tension and improve mobility.
- Kinesiotaping for support, pain modulation, and movement retraining.

Includes initial assessment as well as Bowen Therapy OR Acupuncture OR, if preferred, a focused conversation around lifestyle counselling including, but not limited to: customized at-home remedies, supplement recommendations and stress management strategies, with lots of time for questions to be answered.
