In my early years of practice, I would intellectually match my “solutions” to a patient’s perceived “problems” and send them with a list of ideas that could help. These days, it’s my goal to check both our heads’ at the door and tap into something much more powerful – your own wisdom. The body knows best and will alert us to potential issues as they arise. If we are willing to meet this with genuine curiosity and compassion, often that’s all it takes to come to the answers we need to find balance, and in turn, good health.
Includes initial assessment as well as Bowen Therapy OR Acupuncture OR, if preferred, a focused conversation around lifestyle counselling including, but not limited to: customized at-home remedies, supplement recommendations and stress management strategies, with lots of time for questions to be answered.
