Deep Tissue Massage is a technique with a firmer pressure and slower strokes to reach the deeper layers of muscle and soft tissues. The movements are generally performed with fingers, knuckles, hands, elbows and forearms, and is focused on the specific areas of pain and tension. Deep tissue works on chronic tension, contracted areas, adhesions, and increases range-of-motion of muscles and joints affected. At the beginning of your massage, a lighter pressure is generally applied to warm-up the muscle and then, according to the requirements the pressure will be stronger.

75 min - Manual Lymphatic Drainage

This is a gentle, massage technique that accelerates the movement of the lymphatic fluid that bathes the tissues, through the lymphatic system and into the bloodstream. Rhythmic strokes and pumping action of the massage causes small capillaries to open and close, enhancing reabsorption of lymph from the tissues back into the lymphatic vessels. Please note that this is light and soft stimulation of lymphatic system but it is not a relaxation massage.
