Becoming a Register Massage Therapist was the result of a lot of studies and training. My dream of working in the health area and help people feeling better, was part of my plan for my future since I was young. Now that I am working on that, I look for more and more knowledge and experience, to offer the best treatments for every single condition of my clients. I am a person that search in case I don’t know, and even when I know, I am curious to get more options to offer. I’m constantly getting trainings about the different techniques available, updating and refreshing my knowledge. I am graduated from Makami College on 2019, with 3000 hours practice. Certificated in CRP/First Aid by Red Cross. Certificated in Rehabilitation Massage Workshop as well. I am very social and friendly and I enjoy when my clients share details of their daily routine or work, because it can gives me an idea of what they are dealing with, and in that way I can work more on affected muscles to offer them best results after each treatment.

Massage Therapy

Deep Tissue Massage is a technique with a firmer pressure and slower strokes to reach the deeper layers of muscle and soft tissues. The movements are generally performed with fingers, knuckles, hands, elbows and forearms, and is focused on the specific areas of pain and tension. Deep tissue works on chronic tension, contracted areas, adhesions, and increases range-of-motion of muscles and joints affected. At the beginning of your massage, a lighter pressure is generally applied to warm-up the muscle and then, according to the requirements the pressure will be stronger.

Lymphatic Drainage

75 min - Manual Lymphatic Drainage

This is a gentle, massage technique that accelerates the movement of the lymphatic fluid that bathes the tissues, through the lymphatic system and into the bloodstream. Rhythmic strokes and pumping action of the massage causes small capillaries to open and close, enhancing reabsorption of lymph from the tissues back into the lymphatic vessels. Please note that this is light and soft stimulation of lymphatic system but it is not a relaxation massage.
