I will interview you at the start of our session and then choose from my toolbox of techniques to design a unique session that helps you meet your desired goals. This session may include Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching and active release techniques. If applicable I will also leave you with some exercise and lifestyle suggestions to help you maintain ease and comfort in your body.
