Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Lymphatic Drainage is intended to help those who have issues with fluid build up and/or swelling issues, lymphadema, past cancer where lymph nodes were removed or damaged from chemo, or someone who has had a recent surgery or major injury and continued fluid retention. This massage is very light, as I am only working to move the fluid just under the skin to "pump"into lymph nodes.
