Each session is true to the minute and includes hot stones, hot towels and light stretching. Each session can be altered from a relaxing 60 minutes to a deep tissue session. The 90 minute session adds more time to your focus areas as well as your feet. 30 minute target sessions and 120 minute sessions are also available.
