Hello Beautiful Souls, Im Amy, an Arizona native, mom of three, and an auntie to one. A few years ago, during a really hard time in my life, I was introduced to energy healing and holistic health by a friend. I received Reiki every two weeks for three months, I didn't really understand what was happening but felt an incredible shift in my physical, mental and emotional health. My doctors eventually took me off several medications for blood pressure, depression, anxiety, sleep, and more. My kids said I was present again and happy. This experience brought me so much inner peace and awakened my purpose to help others on their healing journey. Since then, I've become a Reiki Grand Master, Crystal Practitioner, Sound Healer, Reflexologist, Guided Meditation Instructor, Akashic Records Reader, Tarot Reader, Certified Spiritual Advisor, and self-studied aromatherapy & herbs for their healing properties. My lifelong connection to Spirit and Psychic Mediumship abilities to connect with those on the other side have always been a natural part of who I am, guiding me on this journey. Im now working on certifications in Hatha Yoga, EFT & TFT tapping, and Past Life Regression Therapy, and I feel there are always more paths to explore. Im here to help others discover their own inner peace, sharing what Ive learned and continuing to grow together.
