Physiotherapy
This initial athletic assessment is the first part of 2 visits for patients want an athletic assessment. This appointment will include a detailed history of your sport and injury, a detailed physical examination assessing mobility, strength and flexibility, a functional scan analyzing muscle imbalances, patterning and neuromuscular control. The visit can also include treatment with education and exercises/stretches if appropriate.
- Manual therapy for joint and soft tissue dysfunction.
- Individualized therapeutic exercise prescription for recovery.
- Vestibular rehabilitation for dizziness and balance issues.
- Dry needling for muscle pain and trigger points.
- TMJ assessment and treatment for jaw-related dysfunction.
