Physiotherapy
Golf-specific movement assessment for any golfers without pain or injury to identify physical limitations that can affect golf swing efficiency and impair the body-swing connection. We evaluate mobility, stability, and coordination to connect those findings to common swing issues. We then give you a personalized physiotherapy plan to improve any identified physical limitations to optimize golf-swing efficiency. Please note that this assessment is not to coach or modify your swing. For swing-specific modifications, please refer to a golf coach.
