Boost your immune system and reduce swelling with manual lymphatic drainage therapy. MLD can be done as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with a 90 or 120-minute custom massage. MLD therapy is NOT a massage and does not work muscles, so the pressure is light and directional. This treatment is done before the massage and the duration depends on the area(s) of the body being treated.
