Hi there! Im Stephanie, a licensed massage therapist and health and wellness aficionado. I believe in taking a holistic approach to feeling your best; healthy eating, staying active, taking time for mental health and relaxation, and of course, massage! We do so much to care for the people in our lives, its important to take time for ourselves, too! Ive been practicing massage since I became certified in 2018. I graduated from Milan Institute in Visalia, California. Im certified in cupping, prenatal massage, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage through ACOLS (Academy of Lymphatic Studies, 2024), and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I enjoy integrating acupressure, trigger point therapy, stretching, and sports massage modalities into my sessions. Im eager to add more services to the menu including Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and myofascial release. I am also training to become a certified Yoga teacher to further bridge the gap between mind, body and soul. Im a US Navy veteran and hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Organizational Leadership.
