Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle rhythmic massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, and metabolic debris faster than the body is able to do on it's own. This allows the body to function better, and relax more deeply which leaves you feeling lighter, and healthier. Choose 30 minutes for 1-2 areas, 60 minutes for a whole-body session.
