I am a dedicated and passionate Massage Therapist who graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah in 2018 with a strong foundation in Hot Stone, Warm Bamboo, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Prenatal massage and a passion for helping people feel better by making progress no matter how big or small. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, I brought my practice to Ohio in 2023. With extensive spa experience, I am committed to creating a personalized and restorative experience that helps you feel your best and achieve lasting progress through ongoing treatment to relieve chronic pain.

Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle rhythmic massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, and metabolic debris faster than the body is able to do on it's own. This allows the body to function better, and relax more deeply which leaves you feeling lighter, and healthier. Choose 30 minutes for 1-2 areas, 60 minutes for a whole-body session.
