For returning clients experiencing jaw tension, headaches, neck discomfort, postural strain, or stress-related holding patterns in the head and upper neck. This session includes focused work to the jaw, neck, upper cervical region, and surrounding structures. Attention to postural influences and habitual tension patterns and gentle, intentional techniques to support comfort, mobility, and nervous system regulation.
