This session begins face down to address tension in the upper back and cervical regions, preparing the surrounding structures. You’ll then turn face up for targeted work to the jaw, temples, neck, and shoulders. With consent, intra-oral techniques may be incorporated to release deeper muscular tightness. This treatment is designed to reduce jaw tension, support improved function, and provide overall relief from TMJ-related discomfort.
